I'm your daily magnesium and calcium pure powder supplement created by Nutritionist Karen Fischer. I'm easy to mix into food, your daily cuppa, smoothie, water or any drink you choose. I am now completely flavourless so happy taste buds for everyone!

I contain magnesium which relieves muscle cramps, enhances muscle relaxation and supports nervous system health.
I contain vitamin K and calcium which enhance bone health.
I contain silicon which enhances collagen formation and skin health.
I contain a 1:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium.

I am packaged in a recyclable container and I am not boxed or wrapped in plastic shrink wrap in order to reduce waste.

Directions

Being a fine powder dietary supplement, I am super easy to consume—no need to swallow a bulky pill that contains tabletting additives—simply measure me with a metric teaspoon, and mix me into water or a warm cup of non-dairy milk for a soothing beverage.

I don't contain any GMOs, sweeteners, colourings, flavourings or preservatives and I'm vegan-friendly.

Dosage

Children (age 1 – 10) take 1.5 grams (1/2 teaspoon) once daily, mixed into food or 200 mL water or cold/warm milk of choice

Adults and children age 11+, take 3 grams (1 teaspoon) once daily, mixed into 250 mL water, cold/warm milk of choice or latte (for adults... it's great in coffee or turmeric lattes!).

Contraindications

If you are taking medications consult with your healthcare practitioner before use.
Contains citric acid and an ingredient derived from corn, so this product is not suitable for people who are allergic to citric acid or corn.

FAQ

Q: Has PM been tested for heavy metals?

Yes, PM has been tested for heavy metals. When I created the product I did a lot of research on heavy metals in calcium and other minerals and I deliberately avoided using the minerals that are high in lead (such as plant calcium!). Our manufacturer sends both AM and PM for testing at a lab, and PM passes the heavy metal tests, being well within the safe limits. This is not a test that is compulsory within Australia, but we pay for this test as we believe it is important to provide safe and effective supplements.
