I'm your night blend of calcium, magnesium, glycine and silica. I contain a 1:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium.

I contain magnesium which supports body electrolyte balance and nervous system health.
I contain silicon which supports hair and nail health.
I contain calcium which helps to support bone health in children and adults.
I contain magnesium which supports heart health.
I contain calcium which helps to support healthy digestive system function.

I am a large 5 Month supply for a child (taking 1 scoop per day) and a 50 Day supply for an adult or teen.

I am packaged in a recyclable container and I am not boxed or wrapped in plastic shrink wrap in order to prevent waste. Price includes GST.

Directions

Mix the desired dose into rice milk (or milk of choice), water, smoothie or pear juice etc. Best consumed in the afternoon or before bed. Allow 2 hours to pass after taking Skin Friend PM before taking any additional medicines or zinc & iron supplements. Includes 1 gram measuring scoop.

Dosage

Children (age 4 – 12) take 2 grams (2 heaped scoops) daily

Teens & Adults take 3 – 4 grams (3 to 4 heaped scoops) daily

Children (age 1 – 3) take 1 gram (1 heaped scoop) or as prescribed by a health practitioner

Contraindications

Supplements are not suitable for people with cancer or heart disease.
If you are taking medications consult with your healthcare practitioner before use.
Do not take calcium at the same time as medications.
