I am wondering if copper is contained in the Skin Friend ingredients somewhere? I recall reading in Karen's book Younger Skin in 28 Days that this is a collagen-building nutrient? Thanks in advance for your help. Kathy

Hi Kathy, there is no copper added to Skin Friend AM or PM. Copper is found in tap water, whole grains, beans and potatoes (etc) and should only be taken in supplement form if you have copper deficiency.
