Shipping delays--our solution
Everyone is experiencing postal difficulties right now (less planes mean less parcels getting onto planes) so to ensure your parcel gets top priority we are sending it via Express Post (at a discounted rate).
Please note we no longer offer free shipping (via regular post) due to the shipping difficulties right now--thank you for your understanding.
Currently we are posting orders from Monday to Thursday.
Australia Post notice: Please note due to the pandemic and social distancing regulations, Australia Post does not currently guarantee Express Post Parcels are delivered the next day within Australia. Australia Post has more details here.
Australian Express Post shipping is now AU$10.
Australian orders are charged GST, which is added during check out.
Once you receive your tracking number from us, you can track your parcel via the Australia Post website here. Please check this a few days after your order has been sent.
