Itchy skin, eczema and seborrheic dermatitis
“Every photo of me I’m scratching my head. Family say with a hard to conceal look of disgust that they have to get the vacuum out every time I leave 😔 I ordered the AM & PM supplements from Skin Friend & got started on the FID diet. My seborrheic dermatitis was literally 70% eradicated within ten days... My entire face firmed up, rosacea gone completely on one side.”

Topical steroid withdrawal (TSW), red skin syndrome
"Hands down the eczema detox diet is my bible now. Great source of information for my red skin syndrome and topical steroid withdrawal. Currently on week 12 of diet and my eczema has improved tremendously. Also started the Skin Friend AM and PM 5 weeks ago and that also was a game changer. Pictures of red skin are in May and standing pic [with clear skin] was November."
